Who does the work
Montage Tallinn works as one unified service. We assign the right specialist master to each task. If a job covers several types of work, more than one specialist may be involved.
Honest about the limits
So I don’t waste your time, and so we can tell you right away who to contact if a task is outside what we do.

We work with furniture companies, designers and landlords
Regular installation work, corporate assembly, rental preparation, warranty cases. For private clients — no käibemaks (VAT). If your company needs a VAT invoice, mention it in the request — we’ll agree the paperwork before work starts.
Common questions
How much does a visit cost?
One agreed small task — from €80. An additional short task during the same visit — from €15 if it adds very little to the scope. A list of small tasks — from €150. Send photos — we confirm the scope and price before the visit.
How fast do you respond?
During business hours (Mon–Sat 9:00–18:00) — usually within 1–3 hours. If it’s urgent, write “urgent” in WhatsApp.
What if I don’t know what the problem is called?
That’s normal. Send a photo or video, describe it in your own words — I’ll translate it to technical and tell you what it is.
Do you work with VAT (käibemaks)?
For private clients — no VAT. If your company needs a VAT invoice, mention it in the request — we’ll agree the paperwork before work starts.
What’s the warranty?
Montage Tallinn is responsible for the quality of the work performed. Warranty terms depend on the type of work and are confirmed when the order is agreed.
Do you work in Harjumaa?
Yes — Tallinn and Harjumaa: Tabasalu, Saue, Maardu, Viimsi, Keila. For sites further from Tallinn we factor in distance, logistics and scope — terms agreed in advance.
