All prices — without käibemaks/VAT (via ettevõtluskonto, sole-proprietor business account). Invoice with VAT when needed — via partner Plaadiriik OÜ.

- Cash by arrangement (for small jobs)
- Payment after work, or 50/50 for large jobs
For private clients I work through an LHV business account (ettevõtluskonto) — invoice without VAT. For business clients who need an invoice with VAT (käibemaks at the current EMTA rate) — invoiced through my partner Plaadiriik OÜ.
Either way, the work is done by me.
Steps to working together
Write on any channel with “partnership” in the subject. I’ll reply to confirm the format and prepare a rough estimate.
I usually reply within 2–4 hours. WhatsApp for urgent, email for paperwork.
Common questions from companies
Minimum order?
One-off — from 90 €. That is the standard minimum call-out plus the 10% business-client surcharge. For regular partnership, ideally from 5 jobs a month.
Is a contract required?
For one-offs — no (work report after the job). For regular work — a framework contract: convenient for your accounting.
Invoice with VAT always?
No. For companies that don’t need VAT — invoice without VAT via ettevõtluskonto. With VAT — via the partner OÜ.
Flexible scheduling?
Yes — with regular partnership we agree on convenient visit times. Priority goes to repeat clients.
Photo report and documentation?
Standard with every visit. For regular clients there’s an additional monthly summary report.
What makes you different from freelancers?
I’m officially registered (with insurance up to 20 € 000), I provide contracts and reports. That gives you legal protection and clear deliverables.
