When the price gets adjusted
The minimum visit fee applies to standard conditions. For sites further from Tallinn or with more complex logistics a different minimum order size may apply. We tell you before the visit is confirmed.

Regular contracts and bulk pricing
Contract work by project, regular support for furniture companies, designers, landlords. Invoice options with or without VAT.
Common pricing questions
Why “from” — and not an exact price?
Every site is unique: height, access, wall condition, type of furniture, extras. If the photo or short description is clear, we quote right away. For complex jobs we check the details first.
Why a 80 € minimum?
It covers travel, parking, tools, basic supplies. Without a minimum, driving out to replace one socket for 30 € doesn’t cover costs.
Can we haggle?
Prices are at market rates, not inflated. A discount is possible on volume (e.g. “Task list per visit” instead of separate call-outs).
When do I pay?
After the work. Cash or transfer (Revolut, Wise, Swedbank). Receipt — through an LHV business account.
Is käibemaks (VAT) included?
For private clients — no VAT. For companies when needed — invoice with VAT through a partner OÜ (see the “For business” section).
What if the job turns out harder than it looked on the photo?
I’ll tell you immediately. You’ll have a choice: agree to the surcharge, or call it off (and pay for the actual time spent — minimum 80 €).
