What we handle ourselves, and what we agree separately
Tiling is entirely our own work. Substrate preparation, levelling, waterproofing, laying, cutting, grouting, silicone, fitting around corners and niches.
Small jobs on the spot we cover ourselves. Connecting a mixer tap, fitting a trap, installing a toilet or basin after tiling, putting a socket or a light fitting back in place.
Heavy plumbing and electrical work we do not do. Moving water and sewage lines, replacing risers, chasing walls for wiring, work in the consumer unit.
Full bathroom tiling — we take it on. Preparation, waterproofing, laying, grouting and silicone under one order. If a site needs adjacent trades, we agree the scope of work and the boundaries of responsibility in advance.
